TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

• These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Voguelle website and the purchase of any products from Voguelle. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

• Voguelle reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.  

2. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

• Voguelle will make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images on the website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that they are error-free.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability

• Errors in product descriptions or pricing  

• Suspected fraudulent activity

 

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

• All prices are listed in [currency] and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept the following payment methods: [list accepted payment methods].

• We take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of your payment information. However, we cannot be held liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorized access to your payment information.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

• Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

**Important Notice:** Only US orders are eligible for Voguelle return services. We are not accepting returns for orders that are shipped to customers outside the US at this time.

**Orders Shipped to US Customers:**

• Voguelle will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

• If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

• Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.

• Please allow Voguelle 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

• Voguelle will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

International Orders - Damaged Items:

• Please note that while we do not accept returns for international orders, in the event that an international customer receives damaged items, we will escalate the matter and our dedicated customer service team will handle the case. The affected customer will be updated via email regarding the resolution decision.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content on the Voguelle website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Voguelle or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content from the website without our prior written consent.  

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voguelle will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or the purchase of any products from Voguelle.  

• Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will not exceed the price of the products you purchased.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
